North Wessex Downs Access For All

In 2023, Whitchurch Conservation Group (WCG) secured a North Wessex Downs Access for All grant – Improving Whitchurch’s North Wessex Downs Accessibility (train visitors) – to fund the purchase of cast iron fingerposts at two sites in north Whitchurch.

To deliver this project, WCG collaborated with partners including Hampshire County Council (Highways) and Whitchurch Town Council.

We have transferred these assets to Whitchurch Town Council.
